Dog-Heart is Diana McCaulay award winning novel
In 1991, her short story, The Mango, the Ackee and the Breadfruit won the Lifestyle Short Story competition and in 1994, she began writing what became a popular weekly opinion column for the Gleaner, which continued for seven years. She won the Sandals EcoJournalism Award in 1995. She has written children’s books and her short fiction has been published by The Caribbean Writer.
In 2008, her story The Blue Tarpaulin won The David Hough Literary Prize, awarded by the Editorial Board of The Caribbean Writer.
