How does the 21-day $1 trial work?

If you cancel your plan within 21 days of signing up you won't be charged anything. After the 21-day trial, if you choose to cancel your account you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 21-day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.

Can I change plans at any time?

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Instant Teleseminar is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term contracts. If you cancel after your 21-day trial, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Why do you charge $1 for the 21-day trial?

We need to verify your billing information to reduce fraud and ensure that you have a valid credit card should you keep your account open. This prevents any interruption in service.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not currently accept PayPal or other forms of payment.

How much webcast capacity do you need?

The Guru level of service comes with a default capacity for 3,000 web attendees per event. For more webcast capacity,
