Nicolette Hahn Niman on Eating Right and Righteously Nicolette Hahn Niman is an attorney and a livestock rancher. She is author of Righteous Porkchop: Finding a Life and Good Food Beyond Factory Farms. Nicolette is also a frequent contributor to the New York Times. She has served as Senior Attorney for the environmental organization Waterkeeper. Nicolette is an inspired advocate for CSAs, school lunch revamps, school gardens, networks of pasture based farms, and farm to table restaurants. She and her husband, Bill Niman, operate a natural, organic meat company called BN Ranch.
